You may use the Website to learn about our company, brands and services, to contact us about doing business together and to apply for a job. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Website or the servers that run it
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, to the admin tools, or to other people's information
• use automated tools to copy the Website at scale, except for ordinary search-engine indexing
• submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms

The Website describes our products, brands, services and service areas in general terms. It is not an offer to sell. Product availability, pricing, minimum orders, delivery and payment terms for wholesale customers are set by our sales team and stated in a separate quote, agreement or invoice. Those documents control over anything on the Website.

We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but descriptions, photographs, item counts and service areas can change without notice, and errors can happen.

When you send us a message or job application, you promise that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Sending a message does not create a customer account, a contract or a promise that we will serve your business. We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy, and job applications are covered by the Candidate Privacy Notice, both available at /policies.

Brand names, logos and product images of the manufacturers and brands we distribute belong to their owners. Showing them on the Website does not mean the owners endorse us or the Website, and it does not give you any right to use them.

The Website, including the Chicago Food Corp. name and logo, text, photographs, graphics and design, belongs to Chicago Food Corp. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share links to the Website for your own business or personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content for other commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Website links to and relies on services we do not operate, such as Google (maps) and social media. Their content and terms are their own. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the Website is professional advice. Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information on the Website, if any, may be incomplete. For a product you plan to buy or serve, rely on its label and the manufacturer's specifications, and ask our sales team.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Chicago Food Corp. and its owners, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms changes the terms of any sales agreement, quote or invoice between you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Website after an update, you accept the new terms.
